Our Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at The Quarry at Central Park! We're committed to creating a pet-friendly community that works for everyone. Please review our pet policy:

  • Cats and dogs are welcome in all residences.
  • Dogs - 60lb max weight limit
  • Maximum of two animals per home allowed.
  • $200 pet deposit / $300 (non-refundable) pet approval fee.
  • Monthly pet rent of $30 per cat and $40 per dog.
  • This community participates in PetScreening 

 

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso.
